SEXUALITY ON SCREEN
WITH KIM FARRANT
Open to professional actors or those with formal training.
Raw Truth in Performance is a pre-requisite for Sexuality on Screen.
Features guest facilitators Jack Doherty (Actor & Mens Embodiment Coach) and Kairava Shan (Somatic Therapist).
Sexuality on Screen is a transformative five-day intensive that empowers actors to safely explore and express their sexuality as an authentic, creative force in service of character. Guided by acclaimed director and acting coach Kim Farrant, this course combines depth, rigor, and consent-based practice to help actors embody sexual truth with confidence and integrity.
As Kim often observes on set - the actor who can fully own their own sexuality can embody that of any character. Yet many carry unrecognised blocks, shame, or limiting beliefs that mute their natural presence and charisma. This masterclass provides a framework for dissolving those blocks and cultivating a grounded, radiant sexual energy that translates effortlessly on screen.
You’ll learn how to create a foundation of safety and consent, enabling you to explore the full spectrum of sexual archetypes - from tender vulnerability to raw power - through movement, voice, and scene work.
With a balance of clear boundaries and bold creative freedom, you’ll develop tools that allow authentic, compelling performances in even the most vulnerable of scenes.
You Will Learn How To
Establish healthy boundaries and clear consent protocols with scene partners, directors, and crew.
Approach intimate scenes safely using step-by-step blocking and communication techniques.
Release emotional, physical, and energetic blocks surrounding sexuality.
Harness your sexual energy to build presence, charisma, and creative confidence.
Work with sexual archetypes and animal embodiment to expand your expressive range.
Explore the dance of alpha and omega (masculine and feminine) energies through movement and breath.
Use somatic embodiment practices (with guest facilitation) to deepen awareness and dissolve conditioning.
This is a rare opportunity to explore sexuality not as performance, but as artistic truth.
This is emotionally intense work that yields incredible results.
