Anna was Voice/Dialect Coach with Melbourne Theatre Company (MTC) for over 60 productions.
Participants will prep a scene/monologue of their choosing 1-2 minutes and will put this down on tape on the day and receive personalised feedback from Anna Mc Crossin Owen.
All actors will receive their tapes to take home, listen to, watch and learn from.
In this exclusive masterclass, students will refine their performance skills through focused sessions on key sounds and techniques of the General American Accent.
Working on scenes and monologues, you will receive tailored feedback, aimed at elevating your dialect proficiency and authenticity. These sessions are useful for performers across mediums and essential for the US acting markets.
Anna fosters a joyful, collaborative environment where you'll refine your craft alongside fellow actors. With her guidance, you'll hone your vocal skills, develop authenticity, and master nuances of the general American accent and dialect as applied to acting.
