ABOUT JADE RAMBAUT
With over a decade of industry experience across film and television, Jade Rambaut has built a distinguished career spanning the US, UK, Europe, and Asia. Her impressive portfolio includes major international projects such as The Witcher (Netflix), Den of Thieves 2: Pantera, A Working Man, Down a Dark Hall, and Indian Detective (Netflix). Currently, she is navigating her busiest year to date, overseeing eight active projects, including Beekeeper 2, Road House 2, John Rambo, Blaze, and Eat Me!.
Jade’s journey began from the ground up—moving from the Lionsgate mailroom to contributing to over 25 major titles. During her time in film school, her drive was evident early on, as she directed 35 short films in just two and a half years while serving as her university’s resident casting director.
Today, Jade is shifting her focus toward producing independent, low-budget features while maintaining her core casting work with Finnian Tweed Casting. She thrives on a hands-on approach, often bridging the gap between casting and producing to see projects through from inception to completion. She remains deeply selective, committing only to projects anchored by powerful scripts and driven by passionate creative teams.
Beyond the set, Jade is a dedicated mentor and international career consultant. Combining her industry expertise with a background as a qualified NLP practitioner—holding diplomas in counselling, emotional intelligence, and profiling—she empowers actors through global workshops and her sought-after annual retreat in the South of France. Whether she is in the casting suite or the coaching room, Jade is committed to fostering authentic performances and helping talent navigate the complexities of a professional career.
What Actors Are Saying
"I have been working with Jade for 3 years now, and I can't believe how much I have grown as an actor. Not only does she focus on helping us improve on a technical level, but she is also constantly encouraging us to check in on ourselves. I have gotten out of my own way, and you would be floored if you compared my first tape with her to my most recent. At the end of the day, I have gained an amazing coach, but an even more amazing friend. She is the gift that keeps on giving."
"I have taken many courses and worked with many coaches in my ten years as an actor, and Jade is one of the best. Her coaching is about more than acting skill; it’s about meeting actors where they are and helping them build a sustainable career that aligns with their unique goals. Since working with her, I have achieved the most success in my career—signing with a new agent, being cast in a professional theatre production, and producing my own short film. In a business that so often makes actors feel powerless, Jade has empowered me to step into my own power."
"Right from the very first session, Jade held up a mirror and allowed me to see all the ways I was making it difficult for myself. Through her exercises, I started to take back control of what I could and surrender to what I couldn't. The result was that in just over a month, I was getting more done, taking ownership of my mindset, and bringing the joy back into my life. Cheers, Jade. You're a legend!"
"That’s where the creativity, play, and magic comes from. This course pushes everyone to jump all in and experiment in a safe space. No right or wrong—just your own interpretation and uniqueness. It’s given me more freedom in my acting, and it’s something I’ll be eternally grateful for. Thank you for encouraging us to color outside the lines!"
"I’m so glad I did the confidence course when I did. By the end of the program, I had developed that extra bit of confidence I needed to get into the audition room. I stopped letting myself live in the ‘stereotype’ I had made for myself and realized that I was more than that. I walked away with a new found courage and a tribe of incredible, talented women who continue to raise each other up."
