About @ALICE_DRAMAS
Alice is a lifelong mover with a background in gymnastics, a decade of theatre acting, and over ten years of yoga and mindfulness practice. Meditation and breathwork were her tools on stage, shaping the depth and presence she now brings to her teaching.
Her approach blends tradition with modern studies, with a particular focus on fascia, mobility, and connective tissue health, integrating yoga, strength, soft acrobatics, and restorative techniques.
Graduated in architecture, she views the body as a dynamic structure in dialogue with gravity. After training with Jason Crandell in San Francisco, she travelled the world teaching yoga, leading retreats, and curating immersive experiences. For Alice, yoga is a universal language—one that fosters connection, longevity, and everyday vitality.
